Canford Cliffs Apartment

Enjoy a stylish experience in a seaside village. Our apartment is located above the popular Baffi Pizzeria in the high end location of Canford Cliffs, Poole. A stones throw away from the award winning Dorset beaches and the famous Sandbanks, all within minutes of the apartment. The apartment boasts wonderful rustic features whilst offering amazing comfort. Within close vicinity to the apartment you’re spoilt by amazing hospitality and retail whilst Canford Cliffs offers a peaceful stay. The space The entrance to the property is via the blue door from street level just to the left of Baffi Pizza. You will enter a decent sized corridor hallway where you could keep bikes, scooters, surfboards etc. At the end of the hallway is the stairs to the first floor which is an open planned hallway, well lit via a roof light and all rooms are attached to this quirky split landing hallway. From front to back, the front two rooms are the sitting/dining room (which also serves as the fourth bedroom with a pull out sofa bed) and the twin bedroom (both of these rooms are well lit with views into the village). Moving towards the back, next is the master bedroom, followed by the separate shoer room and separate wc. Next along is the second double bedroom and final at the end of the hallway is the kitchen. Guest access Access is via the blue door next to Baffi Pizza on street level. Other things to note PARKING - There is street parking on Haven Road and the roads south towards Canford Cliffs Beach which are free over night but have time restrictions during the day. However, all of the residential streets to the north of the property ie; Moorfields Road, Chaucer Road, North side of Elmstead Road, De Maualey Road, Newton Road, Spencer Road to name a few are all without parking restrictions and all within a 1 - 5 minute walk away. There is also a council operated car park at the other side of the village on Ravine Road 1 minutes walk away. TRAVEL - You're local bus stop is Canford Cliffs Parade which runs the; PURBECK BREEZER 50, HARBOUR BREEZER 60 and the BEACH BREEZER 70
