The house features two bedrooms and a spacious, bright living room with a dining area, TV corner, and sofa lounge. From the living room, you step out onto a large terrace where you can enjoy views of the garden and the bay. The house is located at the end of a private shared road with no through traffic and includes a carport and ample parking. The property is more than 3000 m², surrounded by trees and a small forest, offering plenty of space for play, relaxation, and privacy.
