Bus stop outside door. Parking The space Stone built 2 storey cottage in the heart of the mountains. Newly renovated. Sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms: Bedroom 1: double, smart TV, ensuite - shower, toilet, basin. Bedroom 2: double, smart TV, built in wardrobe / cupboard. Bedroom 3: 2 x singles in bunk bed, seating area, smart TV. Lounge: inglenook fireplace with a multi fuel stove in inglenook fireplace, smart TV, understairs cupboard to store kit. Dining room: six seater table, multi fuel stove in inglenook fireplace. Kitchen: fully equipped including washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, Bosch coffee maker, filter coffee maker, cafetière, range of pans, food processor and cooking equipment. Bathroom: bath with shower over, toilet, sink. Outside: sitting space immediately outside the house. Picnic bench, barbeque and fire pit in paddock area across the road with stunning mountain views. Paddock has grass and slate areas for play. Dedicated parking area for multiple cars. Electric central heating. Fibre wifi. Keysafe for access. Guest access Access at any time via keysafe at the cottage. Other things to note Please do not wear outdoor footwear in the carpeted areas. Boots and muddy shoes should please be left outside or in the hall, or shoe rack. Please strip beds on departure and leave bedding and used towels in the laundry bags provided. The house is served by a septic tank so please no nappies or sanitary products to be disposed of in the toilets. The house is in a rural, mountainous location so utilities can be affected by adverse weather. Please inform us as soon as there is an issue which we will try and resolve with the utility providers. The water pressure can also be variable which can affect the temperature of the showers a bit. There are some foodstuffs in a kitchen cupboard for emergency use if guests have forgotten something and need it when they arrive e.g., cooking oil, stock cubes, salt, pepper. Items are to be replaced if the majority are used by a set of guests so that the next guests have the option of using small amounts of the supplies. No pets. Sorry.
