Rancher Suite is 1 of 4 Suites in Homestead HOUSE with its own keyed queen bedroom, bathroom & Bunk room: twin/twin/ full bunk & twin trundle bed. Rooms to YOUR suite are all keyed alike & open into the SHARED PUBLIC upstairs landing. There is 1 other suite off the landing. THERE MAY BE OTHER SUITES BOOKED at the SAME TIME as YOU. Enjoy the country, play games & foosball, & enjoy the coffee bar in the spacious living & kitchen. The SHARED AREAS, Kitchen, large living, & yard are for all guests. The space Rancher Suite is 1 of 4 private suites in Homestead house where your can experience a part of early Oklahoma History with the original part of the house built just after the land run. It has had additions and upgrades over the years & is now over 4,000 square feet. Each suite has keyed locks and its own private bathroom. Private message me for a multiple suite discount. YOUR SUITE is PRIVATE with its own keyed lock that only you have access to. The SHARED areas are for any guests: THERE ARE 4 SUITES total that can be booked at the same time as other guests. The whole house is also available for booking. In the photo tour for your suite the living room and dining room 1 are in your private suite. If you need more space, take a look at my other Suites, (Heritage Suite, Country Suite, Rancher Suite. Guests share a large country kitchen with plenty of counter space, a double oven, 5 burner cooktop, stocked coffee bar, dishwasher, & refrigerator with filtered water. It also has 2 microwaves, & toaster oven, several crockpots, and a rice maker. It is stocked with a lot of: dishes, silverware, pots and pans, baking pans, cookie sheets, and the utensils for baking and cooking & serving. It even has an electric hand mixer. This shared kitchen has a coffee bar with decaf and regular coffee, sugar, sweetners, & powdered creamer. We also have Hot Chocolate mix, flour, salt, pepper, garlic salt, Seasoned salt, chili powder, garlic powder & basil. You can keep nonperishable food items in your room or in any open cabinet or drawer. Tiny chalkboards in the right drawer of the island can be used to label your space. Just please be aware to leave room for other guests to store their food also. The very large living and game room is also shared with other guests. The large house is within a 1/2 acre yard available to guests. It is surrounded by 39.5 open acres, not available to guests, giving it a quiet country setting. The yard is fenced on 3 sides. The area around the 40 acres has open land and houses on large acreages. You can relax and enjoy the countryside where the stars look brighter. It includes a large pavilion with 2 tables and chairs. Or you can roasts some marshmallows or hotdogs in the fire pit. Expandable roasting sticks, a lighter, paper & boxes are available in a black bag in the utility room. Plan to take some time to relax and enjoy the peaceful setting. Children are welcome, BUT will need to be supervised outside as there are ponds beyond the fence and the entrance from the road is not gated. Events are allowed, but need to be pre-approved to verify the space, needed accessories... are available & not already spoken for. It is located: 3.3 miles to FIRELAKE grocery, arena, ball fields, covered play area for kids, walking trail, and bowling alley. 7.6 miles to the HEART OF OKLAHOMA EXPO CENTER. 8 miles to OKLAHOMA BAPTIST UNIVERSITY 39 miles to BRICKTOWN OKC, Myriad Botanical Gardens, & OKC THUNDER PAYCOM CENTER 32 miles to OKLAHOMA UNIVERSITY NORMAN Rancher suite has a queen in bed in 1 bedroom & a twin/twin/ full bunk with twin rollaway in the other.
