The space The guest can enjoy all areas of the apartment to ensure a more comfortable and cozy experience. Guest access Guests will have access through the main entrance and exit of the building. Other things to note Dear Guest, We are delighted to welcome you to Loelux Apartment! To ensure a pleasant stay and avoid potential penalties, please carefully read the following rules in accordance with Airbnb's Service Policy: Washing Machine: Available for guests renting for a period of 1 month or more. For stays of less than 4 weeks (28 days), the washing machine is available for an additional daily fee. Check-in and Check-out: Check-in: from 09:00 to 17:00. Check-out: by 12:00. We do not conduct check-ins or check-outs on weekends. Apartment Rules: Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. Parties are not allowed to prevent damage to the property and maintain good relations with neighbors. Keep noise levels low after 22:00. Early Departures: If you need to leave before the scheduled date, please inform the owner at least 24 hours in advance to arrange the return of the keys. It is not permitted to leave the keys with friends or relatives; the handover must be done personally to the host. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
