Its strategic location and convenient distribution have made it one of our most sought-after places to stay. The property has three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, equipped with solar heaters, boiler, Wi-Fi and all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Its fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare homemade meals without hassle, and although the furnished is simple - because it is mainly intended for work stays - it has also been perfect for family groups who value the area and functionality. As for sleeping arrangements: • Main bedroom with double bed. • Secondary room with two bunk beds (4 mattresses). • Third room with a bunk bed (2 mattresses) • In addition, there are extra mattresses on the floor under the bunk beds and a comfortable sofa, which has been used as a bed by some guests. In this way, the house comfortably accommodates 9 people, but can be adapted for up to 10 or even 13 guests, depending on how they decide to accommodate themselves. We offer this option because many prefer to bring the whole family together in one space, avoiding the expense of two accommodations. Outside, the house offers parking (for up to 2 cars), grill area in the patio and a place right in front of the door on the street. The location is one of its biggest attractions: a few steps away are restaurants, bars, cinema, Planet Fitness, supermarkets like Chedraui and multiple taquerias on the main avenue. Everything you need is within reach.
