Cozy cottage by the sea

Peace and quiet by the sea where the road ends. A few minutes from the house, there are forests, beaches, piers and cliffs, for saltwater swimming, crab fishing and forest walks. Stora Askerön is close to Orust, Tjörn and other excursion destinations. The house is decorated with bright colors, room for 4+1 people. There is a kitchen/living room, 1 bedroom (2 beds), sleeping loft (2 beds + 1 X-bed), bathroom. Kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated (2023). Sea view, south-facing. Private patio, barbecue. No smoking or pets. The space The house is about 40 m2 and consists of: hall, bathroom with shower + toilet, living room/kitchen with dining area, sofa and fully equipped kitchen for simple cooking, bedroom (2 beds that can be placed together or separately), sleeping loft (2 beds + armchair that can be turned into an extra bed). Kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated. There is a south-facing patio with furniture and barbecue. Guest access Private access to the house. The house is on a larger property. Guests do not have access to the private jetty and lake house. However, there are public swimming areas with rocks or beach and jetty nearby (a few minutes' walk). Other things to note Guests will bring their own sheets and towels. On special request, sheets and towels can be rented for SEK 150 per guest. Guests clean up after themselves before check-out. No pets or smoking allowed.
