Conveniently located just minutes away from Solomons Island, Flags Ponds Nature Park, Annemarie Gardens, Vineyards, Calvert Cliffs and more. The space This home truly is Patuxents Paradise with A newly renovated and modern indoor living space A back porch equipped with a couch A firepit with hammock chair, swings, and additional seating An air hockey table Kayaks and paddle boards Private Pier access King suite This spacious home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Pull out couch with a full/queen bed ENTRANCE: You will enter the front door and come into a sunroom with a lounger and 4 yoga mats to soak up the morning sun. KITCHEN: Then you’ll walk through another door into the open concept kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all the basic necessities you’ll need: plates, bowls, cups, ice trays, silverware, oven, cooktop, microwave, sink, refrigerator, dishwasher, air fryer, coffee machine. DINING ROOM: Attached to the kitchen is the dining room, this home has an open concept layout; the kitchen, dining room, and living room are all adjoined. In the dining room you will find a table big enough to comfortably seat 6 guests as well as a boon highchair. LIVING ROOM: Then you’ll turn your focus onto the living room, where you’ll find a sofa with a pull out bed and a chair which provides comfortable space and seating for people to watch TV. The TV is a smart tv, feel free to log into any of the following apps HULU, HBO MAX, NETFLIX ect… Inside the coffee table is where you will find the board/card games. In addition, the living room houses our digital air hockey table, with 2 additional “ waiting/watching seats.” BEDROOM 1: This bedroom is accessible from the living room. It is a KING suite with a closet, desk/work space, smart tv, as well as an ensuite bathroom. BATHROOM 1: The ensuite bathroom is located inside of Bedroom 1. This bathroom is only accessible from inside of Bedroom 1. There is no tub. You will find a roll of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience. BEDROOM 2: This bedroom is accessible from the living/dinning room. It has a QUEEN size bed, closet, and chair, as well as an adjoining bathroom. BATHROOM 2: Adjoining bathroom is located inside of Bedroom 2, but is also accessible from the living room with the ability to lock the door with access to the living room making it an “ensuite” bathroom. There is no tub. You also have the ability to leave the door unlocked for all guests to use for convenience. BEDROOM 3: Use the staircase attached to the living room to lead you to the second floor where you will find the 3rd bedroom. It has a QUEEN size bed, closet, and a smart tv. This bedroom shares a hallway bathroom with Bedroom 4. BEDROOM 4: Down the hallway on the second floor you will find the last bedroom, Bedroom 4. This room has a FULL size bed, closet, bean chair, and shares a hallway bathroom with Bedroom 3. BATHROOM 3: Located in the hallway on the second floor. This bathroom has a shower/tub. You will find one roll of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience. PORCH: Around back you will find our back deck. On the deck is a sectional couch and chair paired perfectly for comfortable lounging while bbqing. A charcoal grill is provided. If you use the grill, be sure to clean it after each use with the provided utensils. The best time to brush a grill is immediately after pulling the food off. Grill cleaning is not included in the cleaning fee, and guests will be charged an extra $25-50 based on how long it takes our cleaning crew to clean the grill. It is also the responsibility of the guests to bring their own charcoal and materials to use the grill. Please be mindful that it is a charcoal grill and not propane. OUTDOORS: There are 2 picnic tables along the water for additional seating. Enjoy watching the sunset while swinging around the firepit in one of our swings or hammock chair. We don't provide firewood but you are able to purchase firewood at giant or any local convenience store in our surrounding areas. PIER: Enjoy crabbing as well as access to fishing off of our private piers. Bring your fishing rods and crab traps!! WATER EQUIPMENT: We are happy to offer the use of kayaks, paddle board, and equipment that makes the water easily accessible. With the use of these comes responsibility. A life jacket must be worn at all times. You are able to launch these directly from the property. Before using any of the following a waiver must be signed electronically. Guest access The whole property is accessible to only you. Parking on the gravel driveway only! Please do not park on the grass. Smart Lock located on the front door. Other things to note This house does NOT have central ac ; we have 3 window units totaling over 20,000 btu During extremely hot days due to the size of the house temperatures may rise above 72. Please be sure to keep all blinds closed and AC to 68 or lower.
