Catamount Cottage is a quaint retreat for either a single traveler or a couple. Located less than 1/2 mile from WCU and a 15-minute drive from downtown Sylva, it's perfect for work or play! This modern studio cottage is situated on a private drive in a residential area. The kitchenette, with granite countertops and an eat-in bar, has all of the amenities you might need. If there is work to do, you can utilize the dedicated high-speed internet and work from the bar-top or on the front deck. Other things to note The neighborhood takes care of several outdoor cats (they’ve been fully vetted) that showed up as strays. They meander from driveway to driveway, so you may have a friendly visitor wander over if you’re enjoying the deck.
