Enjoy this remote getaway deep in the forest with unparalleled access and proximity to hiking and biking trails! Located directly on the Ross Mountain Passage of the Palmetto Trail, the home is very close to Oconee State Park, the Foothills Trail trail head, and multiple biking and hiking trails, including the new, state of the art Stumphouse Mountain Bike Park. Enjoy a cozy home, tranquil outdoor space, and access to our amenities - bike rentals, trail shuttles and lots of great local intel! The space This well appointed tiny home has everything you need - porch and decks with plenty of outdoor seating, 2 lofts, one with a queen mattress and one with a single futon as well as a small living and dining area and kitchen appliances and equipment. Guest access The guests are welcome to enjoy the property around the tiny home; however, at this time, Lake Becky HOA regulations prevent us from allowed unrestricted lake access. The area around the Tiny Home is shared as our garden and sheds are located adjacent to the home. Other things to note WINTER STAYS: Please be aware the tiny house was not designed for cold climates and may have challenges in very cold weather - this could include the pipes freezing (below 20 degrees) and the floor becoming quite cold. We do provide a space heater to help with this. We may need your help to prevent serious maintenance issues that could result from frozen plumbing.
