Our property offers two delightful units, each thoughtfully designed with cozy furnishings and modern conveniences to ensure a comfortable stay. Step outside and unwind in one of our two inviting outdoor seating areas, where you can enjoy the serene atmosphere and perhaps even spot local wildlife. ——PLEASE NOTE that this is a multi-unit Airbnb, so there's a chance you may be sharing the property with other guests. Our quaint neighborhood is conveniently located near a variety of attractions, including the excitement of Bristol Motor Speedway, the wonder of Bristol Caverns, the scenic beauty of Backbone Rock, the thrill of Bristol Hard Rock Casino, the iconic Bristol Virginia Tennessee slogan sign, and the tranquility of South Holston Lake. Unit #4 The unit features a private bedroom with a king-size bed, a living room with a couch that slides into a full size bed, and a small kitchen with a full-size fridge. Additionally, there's a queen-size blow-up mattress available if needed. Unit #1 Spacious studio-style, you'll find a queen bed, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and an open living/ kitchen area featuring a pull-out couch for extra accommodation. —Please be aware that ovens and washers and dryers are not currently available in units. Guest access Guests will receive the key code when it is time for check-in, ensuring a smooth and convenient arrival. Other things to note -If you're celebrating something special during your stay, please let me know! I'd love to help make your celebration even more memorable. - Don’t forget you're in bear country! Please keep all garbage and food inside the house during your stay. Also, make sure to use the bear-proof bin at the front of the property for all garbage in garbage bags. Thank you for helping to keep our surroundings safe for everyone. -Please remember, we have a septic tank system. To keep it running smoothly, only flush toilet paper. Please avoid flushing feminine products, wet wipes, paper towels or tissues. Thank you for your cooperation! -A quick reminder: please watch out for motorcycles and always look twice. Let's ensure everyone's safety on the roads of 421. -Absolutely no smoking indoors! -Feel free to enjoy any of the seating areas during your stay! If using the table umbrellas, please fold them down after use unless you want to give them a chance to join the local kite festival.
