Minutes to Outer Banks beaches, 1/10th mile to the H2OBX water park. Best of both worlds! Ocean fun, then retreat to peace & quiet. The space 4 GUEST MAXIMUM (not including infants) You will enjoy your stay in our new construction, one level so no stairs! 2 bedroom (1 KING & 1 QUEEN) 1 large bath fully furnished private home in a "barndominium" building. Our main home is on the property but we are about 600 feet away and you will have all the privacy you like. There is a dirt driveway. NEW FOR 2025 Is the HUGE 28X32 GAME ROOM with 1/2 bath located off of the inground pool area. Pool table, dart board, arcade games, card/game table, keyboard piano. GORGEOUS HEATED/CHILLED 16x38 inground saltwater pool (shared with the hosts, but we stay away when rented though so 99% likely you will have it to yourselves!) We have 6.5 acres with a 3/4 acre stocked pond. You are less than 10 minutes from the ocean!! Plenty of free parking for trailers, boats, trucks! You will have a VERY LARGE private area outside area that includes the following: Gas Firepit, 2 hammocks, gas grill, swing set/jungle gym, a large fenced-in dog area which includes a luxury dog house that is heated & cooled, has electricity, tv & jumbo dog bed. There are also small & large dog crates provided for use inside the home. There are board games/card games for family fun! You may fish in the pond (catch & release only). We provide hooks & poles for you, to use if you do not have any. No fishing license required. There are Bass, sunfish, catfish, turtles, frogs and ducks in the pond. There is also sound access and a boat ramp about a mile away. See amenity list....We provide ground coffee, filters and 5 KCups. There is an original Nespresso machine (small capsules) please bring your own capsules to use for this. There is also a coffee bean grinder in the kitchen. Each nice size bedroom has blackout curtains, white noise machines & ceiling fans and TVs. There is a pack & play stored under the king-size bed, there is a Bumbo child seat in the kitchen.
