The space This is a 300 sq ft studio apartment adjoining the main house with a private entry. It sits on 3/4 acre flat lot on Lake Hickory within a short 3 mile drive to downtown Hickory. Crawdads baseball stadium and Airport are just across the lake. As well as the new River walk and City walk. View the stadium fireworks (home games) from the comfort of a cozy chair in the yard. Access to laundry possible. *There is a 50% discount set for bookings over 28 days during the winter season Guest access The lower front deck in front of studio as well as the front yard. Main deck is off limits please as well as the Dock. Other things to note Full Disclosure: House / Studio has been completely renovated, all new. The landscaping and some other outdoor items are still being worked on. Nothing should interfere with you enjoying your stay. Property is not suitable for children and does not accommodate children. Adults only please. A single cup Keurig is available to you. If you should prefer a full coffee pot with Keurig please let me know and I will have it placed in the room.
