Welcome to Coastal Casa, a newly renovated 1 bedroom 1.5 bath oceanfront luxury condo located in the gated community at Litchfield by the Sea! Come relax inside this tastefully decorated coastal retreat or step outside on the balcony with a refreshing drink while enjoying the breathtaking ocean view. Enjoy all that Bridgewater has to offer including direct beach access, an indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub, lazy river, and exercise room right outside your door! A place for relaxation and fun! The space This is a one-bedroom luxury suite located on the 1st floor above the parking garage. The unit is approximately 550sq/ft. There is an elevator and stairs for use. The bedroom includes a queen size bed and a murphy desk that opens to a full size bed with memory foam mattress. There is a wardrobe to hang clothes, one dresser, and a 27 inch smart tv. This condo has 1.5 bathrooms. Each half bath has a door leading to the bathtub/shower combo. Hand soap, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 mini bath toiletry sets, 2 hand towels, 4 make-cloths, 6 bath towels and one hair dryer will be provided. The kitchen features butcherblock countertops with a small breakfast bar, tile backsplash, above open shelving for easy access to dishes, glassware, and dishtowels. Below cabinets are fully stocked with silverware, blender, tupperware, pots and pans and more. There is a small microwave, toaster, and oven. There is not a dishwasher or garbage disposal. Dish soap, coffee, and tea will be provided. The living room includes a queen size memory foam sofa sleeper that you do not have to remove cushions making for easy set up/putting away. There are two swivel chairs, a dining nook with bench seating and two chairs, a 43" smart TV, and a record player with vinyl records for your listening pleasure. Some games and books are available as well. Two sets of queen size bed linens, one set of full-size bed linens, and 6 pillows will be provided. There is no washer and dryer however, there is an onsite laundry facility on the 2 floor should you need. The indoor pool, hot tub, and gym are located on the same floor a short walk from the unit! The gym includes a Peloton bike, Nordic Track treadmill, multifunctional cable gym, free weights with bench, kettle balls, and 2 yoga mats. There are also vending machines throughout the complex. There is an outdoor pool, lazy river with innertubes, hot tub, beach loungers, tables and chairs with umbrellas, and access to the beach. 6 beach towels and a mini cooler will be provided. Bridgewater condo is located in the gated community at Litchfield by the Sea. This community has on-site restaurants such as Coastal Dish, the Deck (with live music when the weather is nice), Starbucks, and an ice cream shop. There are gorgeous walking and biking paths, a pond for fishing and a crabbing dock, as well as tennis and pickle ball courts. Guest access Since this is a gated community, I will call in a gate pass under your name to get into the complex once you book your reservation. Free parking is located in the lot just outside the condo building and in the parking garage under the complex. You will be provided a code for the keycode door lock for self check-in.
