Our entryway has a neat built in Hall tree with shoe cubbies and hooks for your coats! • Kitchen - Fully equipped kitchen, this space is ready for your family meals!
Open concept with proper dining and bar seating, you'll find everything to be easily accessible! • Family Room - Hang out in cozy family room, that serves two purposes! A relaxing gathering area with Roku screen tv for all your streaming desires and a dually functional sofa that pulls out into a queen mattress for sleeping. • Laundry - Washer and Dryer available for your use (: • Bathrooms - We have 2 ½ Bathrooms also fully equipped for guests. Who doesn’t like singing in the shower? Our Hall Bath has mood lighting features and bluetooth connectivity to hear your favorite tunes. • Bedrooms - All our bedrooms mattresses are memory foam to provide you with the most comfort, The primary room also has a Roku streaming TV for you to enjoy. • Game Room - Want some excitement? The detached game room is the spot!
With a large comfortable sectional facing a grand projector for movie watching, this game room is also equipped with a pool table, table family games and arcade machines! • Outside - With many Outdoor seating to choose from, the Front Porch and Back Deck are great gathering spaces to use as well as the backyard firepit for smore making/marshmallow roasting/ Or storytelling with your family. Grill available for outdoor cooking! • Safety First - Carbon Monoxide/Smoke Alarms, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit in the home. Security cameras in use - cameras are for our security and yours. When guest stay at the home, our notifications are turned off. Cameras view all the exterior perimeter of the home - front, sides, and backyard. Please ensure all members of your group are aware. We value your privacy, therefore security cameras are not viewed when guests are on the property. Other things to note Garage is a no access zone.
