With 30 acres and being set off the quiet mountain road you can truly get away from it all and unwind, while still conveniently located 8 miles from West Jefferson, 12 miles to Lansing and 20 miles to Sparta. Home is well stocked with basic necessities. Newly added central AC makes this rental even more appealing. Full eat in kitchen with electric oven, full size refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Original hardwood floors throughout. 2 full baths, one with a tub and the other with a 4 foot shower stall. Laundry room. Absolutely no hunting on the property, will be enforced and automatic eviction without refund.
