Sunset view apartment with dining patio and a fire pit. Located in a quiet country neighborhood at the south end of the beautiful Skagit Valley (within a mile of I-5 exit 221). Easy day trips to the San Juan Islands, Anacortes, Deception Pass and Whidbey Island, tulip fields, Vancouver BC, North Cascades National Park and Seattle, as well as numerous state parks. Off street parking. Playground at adjacent school yard. This is a non-smoking property. Private entrance. The space Private kitchen, living room and bathroom with 2 separate bedrooms with queen size beds. Our guests remark on our comfortable beds and down comforters. One bedroom also includes, besides the queen, a twin bed and a full size crib. Though the apartment is set up to accommodate 4 people comfortably it could sleep 6 depending on the ages of the children. Guest access Patio with dining table, fire pit and bbq grill. This is a private, separate space from the living quarters upstairs. Other things to note Other than coffee and salt and pepper you’ll need to bring your own food. WE CHARGE NO EXTRA CLEANING FEE however we do ask that you wash any dishes used and hang used towels, empty the garbage and strip the beds.
