Relax in this beach themed, peaceful and centrally-located room in a home near downtown Summerville. Trident and Roper hospitals 8 miles, MUSC, VA, Children’s hospitals 23 miles. The space I have 2 bedrooms with a shared bath. The bedrooms and shared bath (if other room is rented) are to the right after entry to house. Queen bed. No steps from the driveway to walkway, and a small step at entry. I live here and will be coming and going but mindful of guests. Please read the amenities, washer/dryer and kitchen aren’t included. I have added the convenience of a mini fridge, microwave, small keurig and phone charging pad for the room. Guest access Back patio, firepit/ yard During your stay I live in the home but you will have your privacy. Other things to note If your car sits low, you may want to back into driveway. There’s a dip at the driveway for water drainage and your car may scrape if it sits low.
