Peaceful neighborhood surrounded by parks, restaurants, cafes, donut shops, skate park, indoor kart racing, and rock climbing etc. The space Our house driveway entry is on Dixie Dr its a gravel and grass driveway with uneven ground. There are 5 to 6 brick steps leading to the front and side door. The keyless entry is the side door facing the driveway. The light switch is behind the refrigerator. The primary bedroom is a queen size bed with own bath and laundry but no TV. The King size bed is a bigger room with TV and bathroom is in the hall . The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed and a TV . The living room has a TV and a chess game table with comfy chairs. Guest access The entire house except closets in the hall. Other things to note Gravel driveway, 5 step entry, uneven pavers.
