The space Part of a brand new owner occupied home-no shared spaces/rooms-with beautiful views over the Tamar River in a quiet and peaceful environment, only 20 minutes away from Launceston and Georgetown. Private and securely locked up rooms with a separate entrance to the cosy B and B that comes with a brand new kitchen, living room, a separate bed room with a queen bed (cot available on request for one child) and private bathroom, including a shower and bathtub. The kitchen and bedroom have a big build in wardrobe plus an iron, ironing board and hangers. The brand new kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, kettle, bar fridge, crockery, cups and glasses, cutlery and cutting boards. The living room is equipped with a comfy couch to relax and watch TV or enjoy the beautiful view over the Tamar River. Linen and towels are provided. All windows are equipped with electric roller shutters and fly screens. Outdoor dining area with BBQ and umbrella to enjoy a meal outdoors overlooking the Tamar Valley. No breakfast/food provided and no washing machine and dedicated workspace available. Guest access All rooms are private, locked up and no shared spaces. Other things to note As part of the charm of staying in a lived-in home, please be aware that you might hear some everyday sounds through adjacent bathroom wall — such as conversation or the TV — with bedrooms located at opposite ends of the house for additional tranquility. There are no shared spaces and the B&B has its own private entrance with all doors externally locked. You will also have an allocated parking space for easy and convenient access. We’re usually busy, not available for most check-ins and just living life, traveling or minding our own business. While you might notice signs of life now and then, we rarely hear anything from guests — and we certainly don’t mind the everyday sounds of life, so no need to worry!
