Complete apartment in Tambaú with two bedrooms, both with air-conditioning, one en-suite, social bathroom, living room, balcony, full kitchen with appliances and utensils, 500Mb/s broadband internet, cable TV with more than 100 channels, individual parking space, rooftop pool, fitness center and 24-hour doorman (come and go at any time, without worrying!). ** After booking, inform the full name of the companions and vehicle data (if any) for release at the building's entrance ** The space The apartment is 52 m², designed to provide a great stay, with custom-made furniture and all new appliances. The location is very central, in one of the best neighborhoods in the city, close to tourist attractions (Bust of Tamandaré, Tambaú Craft Fair) and beaches. Next to the building is a small supermarket. On the same street, there are bakeries and cafes, and in the vicinity, there are pharmacies, pizzerias, fast foods, etc. Guest access The entire apartment is available to the guest, as well as the condominium pool and fitness center, as long as the building's conditions of use are observed. Other things to note Clean sheets and towels are available (we do not have comforters). For more than 4 guests (up to 6), extra beds are available (they fit under the single beds). It is a residential building, so it does not have room service or a maid. SOME RULES: • It is not allowed to ride in the elevators without a shirt or wearing bathing suits; • Carrying beverages, bottles and glasses on the edges of the pool is not allowed; • Clothes or towels may not be hung on the balcony railing of the apartment. • Because it is a family residential building, any third-party visit must be communicated in advance; • After booking, inform the full name of the companions and vehicle data (if any) for release at the building's entrance. • If there is a notification from the building management regarding the violation of the rules, a fine will be charged to the guest.
