La Manga Club caters for an active or relaxing holiday. An exclusive resort in Murcia surrounded by the Med, offering a large sports and leisure complex incl 3 world-renowned 18-hole golf courses; a 28 court tennis centre; paddle tennis; a gym, a spa. Relax under the sunny skies by the large pool and have a drink or ice-cream at the seasonal pool bar. Bellaluz is the largest community within the Club. Apartment 1504 sits back from the main square and pools but is a few minutes walk away. The space The apartment is on the end of the block and up just a small half flight of stairs - just a couple of minutes walk from both the swimming pools and the main square. As you enter the apartment there is a kitchen to your right with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and washing machine. This is fully kitted out with everything to cook and eat. This opens up into a large lounge with a dining table, that can easily sit 6 and can be extended. The lounge sees 2 two seater sofas, a coffee table and a large smart TV with channels from most nations and easy access to things like Netflix, Prime TV, etc if you have an account (and can remember your password!). There is also fibre wifi, free to access, dedicated to the apartment. Off the lounge, you have a terrace so you can open back the bi-fold doors to bring the outside in. Through a door you will find 2 bedrooms and the bathroom. Both bedrooms can be made up as double beds or two singles giving flexibility for groups as well as families. The bathroom has plenty of storage, a window and a shower over the bath. Both bedrooms have built in storage. One bedroom has a small terrace and the other a juliet balcony. There is parking in front of the apartment. Guest access Guests have access to the full apartment and will be provided with the key to access the pool - it is only available for residents to use. The apartment is professionally managed onsite and they are available to pick up and drop off the keys and in the unlikely event of any issues are on hand. Other things to note La Manga Club is a large resort with many different villages. There is a supermarket onsite (about a 10-15 minute walk from the apartment), a chemist, a garage, many restaurants and bars, a bank, even a doctor. It is all accessed via a security gate house. The pool on site is lovely! There are 2 pools - the main pool and a children's pool with a seating area with shade for those little ones in the hotter weather. There is also a children's play area. In summer months the pool bar has been open for drinks, ice creams, and even the odd bacon butty! The tennis centre is a 5-10 minute walk from the apartment and contains a gym where you can take a daily or weekly subscription. The apartment is just a couple of minutes walk from the main Bellaluz square where there are 3 places to eat and a pub. In the summer months, there are quiz evenings and live music. There is a variety of food available - anything from pizza, salads to burgers and curries. There is a local curry house for example that even deliver to the apartment. For the fine diner there are other options including the other 2 restaurants around the square or the 5* hotel on site - that is a short drive away. The apartment is, however, set back from the main square. There is also the facility to hire golf carts or cars for moving around La Manga Club. The beach, La Cala, is a short drive away and is part of the club. It has a really well liked restaurant there too. It is a bit of a steep drive down to it! Other beaches are not too far away if you are happy to explore and drive out towards La Manga strip. There is also a really fun adventure golf and a nice marina at Cabo de Palos.
