Guest access Guests have access to the following areas within the building: Level G: Guests can walk to nearby Sunway Putra Shopping Mall, Putra KTM Komuter Station, PWTC LRT Station, Chow Kit Monorail, local streets, and more. Level 4: This floor features the lobby area, self check in/out Lockers and Homestay Counters, a convenience store, coin water dispenser machine, a gym, self-service laundry facilities, a squash court, restaurant, and a designated area for car pick-up and drop-off. Level 5: On this level, guests can enjoy the swimming pool, kids' pool, and children's playground. Level 37 (Block A): Here, guests can access the Infinity Sky Pool with a view of KLCC, a steam room, and the "Fly to KL" restaurant. Do you provide free room service during my stay ? ~ No, There is a charge of RM30 for room cleaning requests. 6.1 Can I request additional towels or have towels changed ? ~ Yes, you may do so with surcharge of RM10 per towel. 7. Do you provide bathroom essentials? ~As part of our commitment to sustainable tourism, we've adopted an eco-friendly policy of not providing disposable bathroom amenities. You'll find convenience stores in the lobby area where you can purchase any personal care items you may need during your stay. 8. Do you allow Cooking in the Apartment ? ~ We do not allow cooking and frying in the kitchenette. Cooking in this area can lead to unpleasant odors permeating throughout the entire apartment, especially since our apartment design integrates the kitchen with the living space without any separation. However, we do offer microwave ovens and electric stoves as alternatives for preparing simple meals. We also provide cutlery and dishes for our guests' convenience. These options are suitable for light use and do not generate excessive odors.
