The space Welcome to Design21, your exceptionally spacious and exclusive retreat in Scharnitz, nestled in the mountain scenery of the Seefeld High Plateau. Built in 2021, this residence combines modern design, high-quality materials, and an impressive sense of space, partly emphasized by very high ceilings. It is the perfect choice for large families or groups seeking the utmost in comfort, style, and shared experiences. The Chalet extends generously, offering well-thought-out areas for both socializing and privacy. You have a total of five stylish bedrooms – four with comfortable double beds and one with a bunk bed, all equipped with their own workspace. For flexible sleeping arrangements, there are also two open mezzanine areas providing a total of five additional sleeping spots. Five modern bathrooms, four with showers and one ensuite with a bathtub, ensure maximum comfort; all feature heated towel racks, and underfloor heating provides pleasant warmth throughout the entire living space. Two separate, spacious living areas, each with a cozy wood-burning stove, invite you to linger – one is also equipped with a sound system. You also have two fully equipped, modern kitchens at your disposal: both delight with a Jura automatic coffee machine including beans and a SodaStream or Qooker. Multiple outdoor spaces – a private terrace and two balconies with seating and lounging options – offer wonderful views and invite you to enjoy the fresh mountain air. Guest access As a guest in the Chalet Design21, you have access to the entire property and, of course, all the shared amenities of AuraKarwendel. Look forward to the large, fenced garden, a paradise featuring a hot tub available for exclusive reservation, a fire pit, sun loungers, a terrace, and barbecue facilities. Find relaxation in the wellbeing room in the basement, which has a reservable massage bed, or in the cozy "Stube" during a game night. In summer, use our serviced rental bikes free of charge; in winter, free rental snowshoes and toboggans are also available, including an ice scraper in the garage. The heated garage provides two parking spaces and two free e-charging stations for you. Six additional free parking spaces are located in front of the house. You can securely store and lock your bicycles, e-bikes, or skis in the garage. Other things to note Smoking is not allowed in the entire lodge. Ashtrays are available on balconies and terraces. Dogs are welcome upon prior arrangement and confirmation (max. 2). They are not allowed on furniture and must not be left alone in the lodge. Please indicate if you plan to bring a dog when making your inquiry. Upon request, we are happy to provide baby cots and extra beds for adults. The Design21 is quietly located in Scharnitz, at the gateway to the Karwendel Mountains and just a few minutes' drive from Seefeld.
