Relax and watch wildlife from the secluded 1-acre homestead in the center of our mile-long regenerative cattle ranch or explore the pastures, hardwood forest, and private beach. The luxuriously appointed cabin includes a copper bath, high-speed internet and TV streaming. Propane grill, smoker and fire-pit are shared with the main ranch house. Near the acclaimed Wines of Dotson-Cervantes Vineyard. The space The Luxury Cabin is perfect for a fun family vacation, a Gal’s getaway, or a Guy's kayak/adventure weekend. Relax using the entire house, explore miles of trials through our regenerative cattle ranch, and cool off or fish at our private riverfront beach. Ask if you would like a private ranch tour, evening fire, UTV ride, kayaks, or anything else to make your stay more memorable. Unwind on the cabin's covered front porch with views of the river valley as the day winds down and enjoy a cocktail at the outside dining table. The peacefulness of the ranch house setting is like taking a deep breath and letting it out slowly. Then start the morning with your favorite beverage in the same beautiful spot and enjoy the beautiful sunrise. This home is an open concept with a cathedral ceiling throughout. The main room includes the kitchen, dining area, beds, and living/entertainment area. Bedding and lounging include a classic King bed, a trundle bed that can act as a couch (with one twin stowed underneath) or two side by side twin beds, and a luxurious leather arm chair. A full-sized rollout mattress is also available. The spacious bathroom shares the same cathedral ceilings and includes a luxurious copper bathtub and shower.  Technology includes far reaching high speed internet, a 55" streaming TV with Roku and Netflix, and good cellular reception. A propane grill, green egg type smoker, and fire-pit are shared with the main ranch house. This house and the main ranch house are located within the 1-acre homestead, which is fenced off and in center of the mile long property to maximize seclusion, privacy, and wildlife viewing. Our ranch covers four district echo systems with a wide variety flora and fauna. Our beef cattle (all steers) will be roaming and grazing part of the ranch. Guest access You are welcome to explore this diverse and unique ranch property. Guests must keep the front gate to the property and all other gates closed and latched at all times to keep cattle enclosed. Owner reserves the right limit access to areas outside the 1-acre homestead if they have concerns about the occupants conduct or safety.
