The space Expansive Yard and pool: The large yard offers plenty of space for kids to run around, play games, and enjoy outdoor activities. It's an ideal spot for families to spend quality time together amidst the serene surroundings. You can choose to relax by the poolside soaking up the sun, or the kids may want to create a splash as they will love the slide which will keep them entertained for hours. Fully Equipped Kitchen: Prepare delicious meals for your family in our well-equipped kitchen, featuring modern appliances and two, yes two coffee machines. We have a Gaggia classic machine for those that like to use a manual machine and also a Nespresso Citiz pod machine for those that would prefer ease of use. Enjoy your meals in the dining area, or bring them outside for an alfresco dining experience. Cozy Living Area: Unwind in the comfortable living room, outfitted with plush seating and a very large flat-screen TV for either family movie nights or that special sporting event that may happen to be on whilst you are here. Bedrooms: The two "adult" bedrooms feature queen sized beds whilst the third bedroom has two sets of king single bunks so as to easily accommodate two families. Family-Friendly Activities: Engage in a variety of family-friendly activities, such as hiking, biking, or picnicking along the scenic trails. We understand for families that leaving a holiday house before 11am is a pain so if there is no other bookings we are happy to let you stay until 4pm to make use of the pool and property so please check with us regarding a late check out. Guest access Guests can make use of the expansive outdoor space both at the front and the rear of the property for many outdoor activities. The pool is heated and can be used for many months during the year. There is firepit in the rear garden for you to use on those beautiful Bright chilly evenings. Other things to note What makes this property unique? When visiting a holiday property it is hard to find one that does not feel like it could be a suburban house in a city, we did not want that for our property. With the large expanse of area, the visiting birds and beautiful pool we think this is a great place to relax or as a base for your Alpine adventures.
