Located just a brief five minute walk from the town's vibrant pubs, restaurants & local attractions, my home offers a calm and welcoming experience. Whether you're here to explore the breathtaking landscapes of Donegal or attend weddings or events at the nearby Millpark, Abbey, or Central Hotels, my home provides the perfect base for your adventures. The space Located on a private estate on the edge of Donegal Town, my home offers a peaceful retreat in a child-friendly area. The neighbourhood is residential and family-oriented, so you may occasionally hear the sounds of children playing next door and on the street. With 500 Mbps high-speed fibre broadband throughout, you can stay connected with ease, and there’s ample secure, free parking available. My home comfortably accommodates up to four adults, with two bedrooms located upstairs (not suitable for those with mobility restrictions). Each bedroom features brand new, high-quality beds and mattresses, along with blackout blinds and curtains to ensure a restful sleep. Bedroom 1: Double Bed This bright and welcoming room features a double bed (153 cm wide x 212 cm long), a wardrobe, chest of drawers, luggage holder, and two bedside tables with a lamp. The room offers a lovely dual aspect, overlooking both the front and side of the estate. Bedroom 2: King Bed & En-suite Bathroom The spacious master bedroom includes a king-size bed (173 cm wide x 217 cm long) and a private en-suite bathroom with a shower, wash basin, and toilet. You'll also find ample storage, including a freestanding wardrobe, chest of drawers, luggage holder, and two bedside tables with matching lamps. The room overlooks the private back garden and features a 45” flat-screen smart HDTV with streaming services. The kitchen is fully equipped and well suited for anyone who loves cooking and includes a fridge freezer, hob, oven, microwave, air fryer, kettle and toaster, coffee machine (Nespresso) including pods free of charge, a milk frother as well a wide selection of herbal teas and basic necessities such as cooking oil, salt, pepper and an array of condiments and some treats. The kitchen also has a bluetooth speaker (Google Nest) and underfloor heating. Next to the kitchen, you'll find a utility/side entrance, equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer, along with washing powder/detergent for your convenience. The house includes a cozy living area with underfloor heating and a comfortable seating space that is large enough to accommodate your entire party. There is a smart 65” HDTV with streaming services (Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime and more). In addition, there's a selection of books, toys, and games to keep you entertained during your stay. The family bathroom (upstairs) offers a combined bath and shower, toilet and wash basin along with ample storage. Toiletries supplied include: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toothpaste, plus much more! Smaller children are also more than welcome and a travel cot and baby high chair will be provided free of charge. The house inventory also includes items such as child-friendly cutlery, bibs and some baby-friendly toys. The house has a private garden, with a clothes line and outdoor seating/dining area where guests can dine al fresco as the kids play. There are two hair dryers in the house along with international charging adapters and phone chargers. Guest access You will have access to the whole house however please note the small bedroom is locked for my personal items. Other things to note The cleaning fee is already built into the price so there are no surprise add-ons. Flexible check-in may be available if the house has been cleaned and is ready for occupancy.
