Welcome to East Nashville and Music City!  While this spacious home is the perfect getaway for you and the family or friends to gather, its convenient location makes it just as easy to get around. Located within Trendy East Nashville, you will be minutes from downtown and Broadway, Nissan Stadium, Cleveland Park, and Five Points.  Within walking distance (3 blocks) of All People Coffee and less than 1 mile from the coveted Folk, Audrey, and Redheaded Stranger Restaurants. The space The home features high end finishes including 10 ft ceilings, extensive moldings, quartz and granite counters, and hardwood flooring throughout.  The main level features an open concept layout between the kitchen, dining room, and living room offering a seamless flow. There is also a walk-in laundry/pantry area with chandelier lighting and ample cabinetry for storage.  While Nashville is known to be a 'foodie' city, and East Nashville features some of the finest restaurants, sometimes a home-cooked meal hits the spot. We have a chef's kitchen that is ready with all the essentials needed including a Commercial grade refrigerator, 6 burner gas stove, and huge kitchen island. The home features one bedroom with private bathroom on the main level. This bedroom features two queen beds. The second level features three bedrooms and two bathrooms total. There are two bedrooms, each with two Queen beds, adjoined by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, and an additional King Bedroom with private luxury en-suite bathroom. This bathroom has a waterfall shower and free-standing tub with views of the night sky. There is a blow up mattress available as well to accommodate an additional 2 guests if needed. Each room has a TV, remote controlled fan/light, and black out blinds/curtains. The rear covered porch is perfect for outdoor entertaining with a gas grill, dining table, rocking chairs, and fenced in yard. Guest access The entire house is available to use except for 2 closets which store the owner's belongings & cleaning supplies for our staff. These closets are located on the 2nd level. Some of the kitchen and pantry cabinets will be locked as well. Other things to note Guests should be a minimum of 23 years in age or accompanied by a parental guardian who is staying for the duration of the reservation. Upon booking, please let us know how many guests will be visiting and staying at the property. No extra guest permitted without prior approval. No parties/gatherings without prior approval. Pets allowed. We have a fully fenced in yard, are located near a dog park, and East Nashville is very pet friendly overall. If you will be bringing a pet, PLEASE INQUIRE REGARDING THE PET FEE. Please be respectful of the Neighboring properties, as well as the detached garage/apt at the back of the property. The garage/apt is not available for use.
