Casa Teresita This 2 bed, 2 bath condo is located in the most fun area of the Romantic Zone. The condo is a spacious 1300 square feet, with all stainless steel appliances including a wine fridge and washer/dryer. There is dedicated high speed internet in the condo. The rooftop has a heated pool, bbq grill with dining area, WiFi & stunning views of the city, bay & mountains. Located in Vallarta’s trendiest area, "Zona Romantica" & surrounded by incredible restaurants, bars & entertainment. The space The Urban is a boutique building in the heart of Old Town Vallarta. The condo is 1300 square feet and will comfortably sleep 4 adults. Access to the lobby door and to the front door of the condo is with a coded keypad, so there is no need for keys or meeting with property managers upon checkin or checkout. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom with a very comfortable memory foam mattress. The 2nd bedroom is furnished with two twin beds that can be attached to make a king bed; these are also memory foam mattresses and extremely comfortable. There are two terraces, one off of the living area and a smaller one off of the master bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped if you enjoy preparing meals. You also have the option to use the bbq on the shared roof top deck. There is a reverse osmosis water filtration system so you can feel confident with your water supply. There is a Safe located in the condo to keep your valuables during your stay. There is an iron and ironing board, and a hair dryer in both bathrooms for your convenience. There is a washer and dryer for your use should you need it during your stay. Maid service can also be arranged should you wish it, for a fee. Arrangements for this service need to be made in advance please. For the safety of all guests and owners there is a security guard on site 7 nights per week. The names of all guests vacationing at Urban will be registered with our Administrator and building security. For the security of all Urban guests and building residents there are no unregistered guests allowed. Guest access The condo is for your exclusive use during your stay. The heated rooftop pool, suntanning area and bbq/dining area you are also welcome to use along with the rest of the buildings guests and residents. Since this is a 13 unit boutique building so the pool area is rarely too busy or noisy. Pool hours are from 10 AM to 11PM daily. Pool rules are posted on the roof top wall adjacent to the elevator. There is excellent Wifi for your use on the roof top. Other things to note ************************************************************************************ SUMMER PRICING - May 1 - November 15 Should you book at the discounted rate for the above dates be aware that there is a charge for your electric use. The meter will be checked upon arrival and then again at check out to determine your usage. The cost of electrical is 7.25 pesos per kilowatt (kWh) plus IVA tax. The air conditioners are well maintained and cool the unit down quickly when all doors are shut. There are ceiling fans in every room and black out blinds on the sliders, which should be utilized to keep the condo cool. The AC's and lights should be turned off when you are not in the condo. A deposit towards your electric usage is collected at the time of your reservation. *********************************************************************************** The suite will be clean when you arrive and there are some cleaning supplies left out for your use. Should you wish to have maid service during your stay this can be arranged for a fee. Arrangements should be made in advance of your stay if possible especially during high season. There is a washer and dryer and laundry soap in the unit for your use.
