The property has a large living dining room with bright open plan kitchen and nice views to the outside patio as well as to the pool. There is air conditioning on the ground floor and in all 3 bedrooms. A house with character offering all the comfort combined with the charm of a typical Majorcan house. The space The accommodation is distributed in: ground floor consisting of an entrance, a large living-dining room with open plan fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine), a cosy living room with 2 sofas offering a reading area next to the cooker, a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with twin beds that can be put together. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms also furnished with 2 single beds that can be put together and a shared bathroom. Guest access The outside area consists of a sitting area, a terrace table suitable for outdoor dining, a barbecue and the swimming pool. The entire courtyard is private and is intended for our guests. Other things to note NOT INCLUDED: -Deposit of 400€ : Air conditioning reading on arrival and departure (0,30€ per kWh consumed) and rubbish recycling ( -50€ if not recycled correctly). -Tourist tax: 2€/person/night over 16 years old from 01 May to 31 October. 0,50€/person/person over 16 years old from 01 November to 30 April.
