Our place is just 9 minutes away on foot from Sannomiya st. and near a car rental agency. (You can try Himeji/Takeda castle, Arima onsen)A convenience store is just around the corner and you can get your snacks/coffee in a minute! You can visit many Kobe sightseeing spots such as Harbor land(amazing night view), Kitanozaka, Nunobiki herb garden/fall, Oji-zoo, Atoa(aquarium) from here. It’s easy to access Osaka, Kyoto etc, too! Max 5 guest including infants. Don’t worry, we have free wifi 🙌 The space This place is at a ground/1st floor (no need to take an elevator!) We have 2 spacious bedrooms and 1 dining room. You don’t need to share the bathroom and dining room with someone else. Salt, paper and olive oil are available. Other things to note Please take off your shoes at this place. Thank you! If you stay for more than a week and would like us to collect garbage, please let us know. We will collect them once a week. Please do not put your garbage outside including the balcony. We will charge you a half of the accommodation fee for your early check in and late check out. We would also charge you 10,000yen/night if you add more guests or use more bedding than you applied without telling us about it. We would charge you 50,000 yen if you smoke inside the house, at the balcony and in front of the house. The house size is 40.8㎡. The maximum occupancy is 5 people including infants.
