Pokesdown for Boscombe railway station is just 3 minutes walk; the beach only a 25 minute walk (9 by bike!). The beautiful New Forest is also only a 25 minute drive away! What’s not to like! The space Revel in the luxury of a new (2025) 4-poster bed! Equipped with a large sink, the spacious south-facing double bedroom is bright and airy and immediately next to the bathroom. Downstairs, the large lounge is the same size as the double bedroom and the new kitchen backs onto a garden with patio and mature tree - yet still lots of sunshine, weather permitting!
