The house is located in the area of km 13 of Bariloche, a few blocks from Avenida Bustillo for easy access to the shopping area (supermarket, greengrocer, pharmacy, bakery, ATM), the tourist circuits, the beach (Serena, Lago Moreno) or the city center. You'll also find restaurants, breweries, and cafes in the area. It is a comfortable house (116m2 covered on two floors), large garden and covered garage, in a very quiet area and conducive to rest. The space The house is equipped with kitchen items that can be used. There is hot water and heating. Use of the washing machine is allowed. Pets are not allowed, as there are no appropriate and conditioned spaces for animals. We have two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a living room with an integrated kitchen. A friend armchair with a bed for resting. Guest access All spaces can be used except for one room that will be locked. Other things to note It is not recommended to drink water directly from the tap, the neighborhood does not have a water treatment plant. It can be boiled to cook food. Buy a water bottle for drinking.
