No heavy cooking or too dirty, will be charged extra cleaning fees. - cleanliness of homestay is to be observed all the time - any illegal activities will be reported to the authorities and appropriate actions will be taken. - wash own dishes after eating - check out late will be charged rm25 per hour (for extension based on availability) - maximum num of guest for the specific permises are stated in d booking list.
