The villa has a beautiful view, is located in the safe neighborhood of Cas Grandi, close to the popular beaches Jan Thiel, Mambo, Caracas Bay and nightlife. The villa is divided into 7 independent homes with the advantage of a normal villa, that you have a lot of privacy and can still use the shared facilities, without the intervention of other guests. There is a swimming pool with slide, landscaped beach, playground, outdoor kitchen with BBQ and parking spaces. Other things to note Electricity and water are not included in the price. For the consumption of electricity, you pay Eur 0.60 per kWH. For the use of water, you pay Eur 10 per cubic meter (1000 liters). Consumption is calculated based on meter readings at the beginning and end of your stay. These will then be deducted within a week of your stay from the advance payment for water/electricity/deposit for damages of Eur 1150 per week. Electricity and water are not included in the price. Costs of electricity is Eur 0.60 per kWH. Costs of water is 10 euros per cubic meter (1000 liters). Consumption is calculated based on meter readings at the beginning and end of your stay.
