It used to be Best Western Premier hotel & residence previously. There’s a 24/7 cafe downstairs and a grocer. It's nestled right in the smack of KL sentral transportation hub. It comes with a beautiful infinity pool, overlooking the KL city. Convenient for any tourist or expats looking for a stay close to the city centre. Not to forget an infinity pool overlooking the KL city! It has 24/7 cafe and mini mart in the ground floor, soon a hotel coming up in the next block. The space It’s a two-bedroom service suite. Take note only one room is for rent. The other room occupied by a female expat. The kitchen and the living space are mutually shared. However due to her work nature, she’s barely home. There’s a 55 inch Smart TV, you can choose to Netflix and chill after a long day too. Guest access It's a two bedroom service residence. We only allow maximum two guest for the each room. Each room has its own toilet, master room comes with own bathtub as an extra. The kitchen and living room is a shared space. During your stay Guest you can treat it as your own home, the living space and kitchen is to share. 49inch TV, you can Netflix and chill or youtube winding down at home. Other things to note - Strictly NO smoking in the house! - No shoes inside the house. - Use the AC(aircond) considerably, turn it off when you go out. - If you choose to cook, please clean the dishes and the kitchen right away. - There is rubbish beg in the kitchen drawers, please take up the rubbish often. The rubbish room is opposite the lift. We will take RM300 as a security deposit, preferably transferred to our account in Wise. The deposit is for the access card, keys and utility deposit for the electricity and also as a security for damages. Our Electric bill is calculated from 1-30th every month. Latest by 7th we usually, will clear out pending deposit. Enjoy your stay, takecare of the house as it’s your own. Cheers
