Casa Greta is a stylish apartment with terrace and pool located in Benalmadena, in the heart of Costa del Sol. With a partial ocean view, this sunny and bright accommodation is just 800 meters away from the beach, and at walking distance from restaurants, shops, and local attractions such as Puerto Marina, La Carihuela and La Nogalera. Cosy and quiet Casa Greta is at an incomparable location, perfect for golf lovers, sun-seekers, and anyone looking for a memorable Andalusian-style holiday. The space Totally renovated in 2024 with the highest quality materials, this one-bedroom apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, free high-speed Internet connection and Smart-TVs. Casa Greta can host up to 3 guests. It is not recommended for children under 12 years, due to the height of the balcony. THE BEDROOM The master bedroom has direct access to the terrace and is bright and sunny from dawn to dusk. But don’t worry, its large window has blackout curtains and you will be able to sleep without being bothered by light. It has a Queen size bed (160 cm), with a comfortable hotel mattress and top quality 100% cotton fresh linens. Towels will also be provided for all guests. The bedroom has a 34" Android Smart TV with Internet fibre connection. THE LIVING ROOM The living room has a comfortable couch which converts into a double bed. We will provide sheets, pillows, and blankets if requested. There is a 40” Smart TV with Chromecast and streaming services. If you use your personal Netflix, HBO, etc. accounts, please remember to log off before your check-out. THE KITCHEN The kitchen in Casa Greta is fully equipped, with all you need to cook, including a microwave, toaster, different types of coffee makers, purifying water jug, cooking utensils, plates, bowls, glasses, cutlery, etc. It has a big wooden bar-style table with 4 chairs. We don't have: oven or dishwasher. The apartment has its own washing machine. THE TERRACE The terrace is a space designed to enjoy and relax. It has a couple of chairs to read, or simply sit and see the Mediterranean Sea on the horizon. There is also a table with two chairs for eating or working. Guest access SWIMMING POOL The residential complex has a beautiful swimming pool that is open from June 15th to September 15th. Opening hours are from 11.00 to 20.00. SUPERMARKET: There is a small and handy convenience store in the premises. GOLF If you are a golf player, you will be delighted to know we are surrounded by a myriad of first-class courses. I am a golfer too, so contact me if you want to buy green-fees, rent clubs or book classes! GYM There are several gyms and recreational areas within a 10-minute walk where you can train during your stay. Other things to note - To reach the beach, you need to walk 10 minutes downhill. If you have mobility issues, it's important to take this into account, especially when returning (walking uphill). - Casa Greta is a 10-minute walk from the Cercanías train, which makes stops at the Airport and at the María Zambrano Ave station. - The Airport is at 15 minutes by car. - The centre of Malaga is just 20 minutes away by train. - There are bus stops just around the corner. - You will find all kinds of restaurants, bars and shops in nearby Puerto Marina and Arroyo de la Miel.
