The space Dennen’s in Little River has eleven different rooms and cottages situated on 2 acres about 2.5 miles south of Mendocino. We have informal gardens, a wild open meadow, a creek running along the property. A five minute walk takes you to an incredible, secluded ocean cove. You can hear the ocean and buoy bells, and it is quiet enough at night to hear the deer munching apples in the orchards. Guest access Guests will have access to their room, semi-private seating areas, and other garden spaces on the property. Other things to note To access the restroom, guests need to walk through the second bedroom area. This property does not have A/C. This property no longer provides breakfast but there are many wonderful restaurants in Mendocino, just three miles up Highway 1. This is not a pet friendly room.
