Below the main house is a newly renovated basement apartment featuring one bedroom with a California King bed and twin bunk beds, a full kitchen, and a bathroom. These two areas can be combined to maximize space and accommodate larger groups comfortably. Pricing will be provided upon request. Guest access **Access** **STAIRS**: Please note that reaching the entrance to the house requires walking down 20 stairs. Due to the steep slope, this may not be suitable for guests requiring walking or wheelchair assistance. During winter months, we also advise extra caution, as the pathway can become slippery. Unfortunately, there are no alternative access options available at this time. Thank you for your understanding and mindfulness regarding these considerations. **ENTER THROUGH SIDE DECK DOOR:** Please enter through the side deck, using the mudroom as the main entry. To help keep the space clean, we kindly ask that you remove your shoes upon entering. **LAUNDRY ROOM** Laundry facilities are available in the basement via the kitchen door leading down the basement stairs. Friendly reminder to bring your laundry detergent of choice and keep the laundry area tidy for future guest use. Please do not wash or dry any of our linens, towles, or bedding. There are extra towels and bedding upon request. Thank you for your cooperation! Other things to note **Winter Months:** Shovels, brooms, and salt are available by the side deck entrance for your safety. Please use them as needed to clear snow and ice. The town plows the driveway and main road regularly, but if additional plowing is required in an emergency, please contact: Brad at **603-667-0436**. **Summer Months:** Each upstairs room has a window AC unit, and the downstairs area has one large unit for both rooms. To maintain efficiency, please turn off AC units when doors or windows are open. Summer also brings more insects, so keep screen doors and windows closed when not in use. **Temperature Control:** The home is set to **65°F** when unoccupied. Feel free to adjust the thermostat to your comfort level. Portable electric heaters are available and can be moved between rooms as needed.
