The space On the 3rd floor, you will enjoy a spacious 60 m2 living room with a beautiful ceiling height including: - an open lounge area - An open dining room with a table for 8 people. - A fully equipped/furnished open kitchen with access to a 9 m2 terrace not overlooked. - A separate toilet. - A back kitchen with washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, sink and a 2nd fridge/freezer in addition to the one already present in the kitchen. Other things to note The stairs leading to the living room are not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
