Located in the heart of the Livradois Forez Park, in a small peaceful hamlet on the edge of the forest, just 7 km from Ambert with all its amenities. Numerous hiking or biking trails (maps available in the cottage). Lots of cultural or sporting family activities: paper mill, bike trail, Praboure resort with summer or winter activities, Chalmazel resort The space The house consists of a ground floor: a large living room with its typical cantou embellished with a wood stove, an open kitchen, a foosball table. This room gives access to the terrace equipped with a pergola, a dining table and garden furniture. On the 1st floor: a family suite for 4 people consisting of 2 rooms (1 double bed of 140 and 2 single beds of 90) and its shower room; a bedroom with a bed of 140 (possibility of baby cot), a bathroom and a separate toilet. On the 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms, each with a 140 bed and a 90 extra bed, and a separate toilet with sink. Central heating, pellet boiler and wood-burning stove (half stère offered). A private enclosed garden with ping pong table, sunbathing and a small garage to store your bikes. Another large garden (not enclosed) shared with the owners, small bocce court and also available badminton set, as well as some bikes. The house is attached to that of the owners. Private parking. We inform you that this gîte is designed to comfortably accommodate a maximum of 12 people in terms of sleeping on site. For safety and comfort reasons, it is strictly forbidden to exceed this capacity of 12 people. In case of unauthorized overcapacity (more than 12 people), we reserve the right to refuse access to the lodging, the same applies to animals that are strictly prohibited.
