In a lovingly furnished apartment, nothing stands in the way of your relaxation. The space Underfloor heating in all rooms (also in the spacious and walk-in shower) ensures cozy warm hours even in the colder seasons. It can be adjusted manually via digital control panels in the rooms. In the living area, you will find an XXL sofa paired with a large flat screen for relaxing evenings on the couch. Air conditioning is not necessary due to the good insulation values and the possibility of complete darkening by external blinds even on hot summer days. On the large covered roof terrace with lounge corner, bistro table incl. chairs and other seating, it is particularly pleasant during the wisteria's flowering period. On another balcony with a south-facing orientation, which can be accessed from the bedroom, you can enjoy the morning sun while having breakfast. In the bedroom itself, there is a large wardrobe, dressers and a double or king-size bed (1.80 m wide and 2.00 m long). Guest access Direct lake access is unfortunately not possible for guests from the property. The lake is also looked after by a fishing club. Other things to note The apartment can be reached via a large external staircase on the 2nd floor. NEW: Towels (1x large, 1x small per guest) are included. Unfortunately, a washing machine is not provided. Note on parking: Parking is available directly in the street (play street in the country, no big city situation) in the best case 50 m, in the worst case up to 200 m from the house. Loading and unloading, shorter parking is also possible right in front of the house or on the driveway (light gray paving stone). Location: Obershagen is a village in the municipality of Uetze in the Lower Saxony region of Hanover. Founded along the Aue, it was first mentioned in a document in 1350. The nearest train station in Ehlershausen is minutes away. Various shopping (Edeka, Penny, Netto, flower shop and beautiful farm shop with 24/7 vending machines) for everyday needs are right in the village. The residential city of Celle can be reached in just 19 minutes by car and invites you to linger with its charming half-timbered houses, numerous restaurants and shopping. A visit to the traditional restaurant “Schwejk” with German-Bohemian cuisine and great service is particularly recommended. A little insider tip in the region.
