Welcome to the Family Lakehouse, a cherished retreat on Clark's Hill Lake that has been in our family since the 1980s. This charming, cabin-style home sits on a sprawling 6.21 acres, offering the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. Recently updated and new furnishings throughout, this 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat is designed to provide a relaxing and enjoyable stay for families, friends, and outdoor enthusiasts. Bring your boat, bikes or golf cart and enjoy a home away from home! The space 🏡The home comfortably sleeps 6 and can accommodate up to 8 with the provided air mattress. All linens are included for your convenience. • Master Bedroom: Features a king bed, a smart TV, and a cozy wood-burning fireplace. The master bathroom boasts a spacious shower with three shower heads. • Front and Back Bedrooms: Each bedroom has a queen bed and a full, en-suite bathroom with walk-in showers (no tubs). 🦌The front and back porch are covered. The back porch is screened and equipped with a propane fire table. The porches are the perfect place to watch the deer and wind down after a long day. 🍳The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you might need during your stay. Additionally, there’s a cookhouse featuring a smoke pit and a RecTeq grill. You are welcome to use the grill inside the cookhouse, but please ensure it is lined with foil prior to cooking and is not left unattended. 🎲We provide a variety of games for your enjoyment including horseshoes, cornhole, badminton, Cards Against Humanity: Family Edition, Left Center Right, and playing cards. 💧Water supply is by a well. The water may have a slight sulfuric smell when first turned on. 🚍There is a camper hookup available if you would like to bring a camper, with a flat rate of $100 per night. This fee is bundled into the extra person charge. Please select an extra person (over 8 people) when booking if you plan to bring a camper, and inform the host of your camper plans so the area can be prepared. If you are interested in camping only, please send us an inquiry! 🐾Outdoor pets are subject to approval; please inquire within. Bringing a pet without prior approval will result in additional charges. 🍃The nature trail to the lake is about a 3 minute walk. There is a private dock with wood replaced in July 2023. The lakehouse is situated in a cove across from Mistletoe State Park, nestled between 2 marinas, and located near many other campgrounds….Winfield, Clay Hill, Raysville, Amity, Family Y Camp Lakeside, Cherokee Recreation, and Points West. Wildwood Park and Modoc Shores is a short ride down little river. 🚤The boat ramp is a 1.5 minute drive from the home and a stone’s throw away from the private dock. Simply take a left out the driveway and a left onto Mallard Drive and you have arrived at the ramp! 🎣The area has excellent fishing, and the lake house is perfect for anglers.
