Your dream lake escape begins here! No Pets! The space Completely remodeled, spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo, perfect for families or couples on vacation. Located on Lake Hamilton's main channel, it features king-size beds, a master ensuite with a soaking tub and walk-in shower, and private TVs in each bedroom. Enjoy stunning lakefront views from the large dining area and two decks. Watch fireworks from the living room on Memorial Day, Labor Day, or the Fourth of July. The living room offers ample seating and a large flat-screen TV. Additional sleeping space is provided by a double bunk bed in the hallway. The well-equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances and a refrigerator, ideal for family meals. A full-size washer and dryer are also available. Dedicated parking is available for 1 vehicle, with additional first come first serve guest parking. Guests can relax in the community pool and hot tub or utilize the private boat slip (no trailer parking). Note: BBQ grill not provided. **The lake is lowered from November to February and may not be suitable for boaters and fishing during that time. **We are on the second floor, and the use of stairs is required to access our condo. **Guests are required to sign in to their favorite streaming device to watch TV. No cable provided. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire condo except 2 locked closets. Other things to note We do not allow BBQ grills of any kind in our unit. We are on the second floor of a 3-story complex. Stairs are required to enter our home. Noise from the surrounding units is possible. Swim at your own risk! There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool or on the lake. Guests are welcome to bring their own boats, but we do not offer trailer parking. Absolutely no pets!
