Other things to note >There’s a slope to get to the house so we recommend 4WD or AWD in the winter months. Snow tires also recommended. Snow in the driveway will be plowed as needed. >Please take off your shoes when entering the house. >The indoor fireplace is ventless. It should only be used for no more than 2 hours at a time and no more than 6 hours in a day. Fireplace must be turned off before going to sleep or heading out for the day. > We’re located within a state park, so some wildlife - including insects and bugs - is to be expected. > The basement does not have a mini-split or window AC unit installed.
