First floor, one (1) bedroom condo can accommodate up to five (5). Ideal location for fishing, bird watching, or a trip to Port Clinton. Features a master bedroom with queen bed & twin bunk beds; a sleeper sofa in the living room and a futon on the porch. Amenities include washer/dryer, coffee maker, pots & pans, tableware. Clean linens & towels are provided when you arrive. A keycard opens the fish cleaning station and outdoor pool. Three stairs required for entry. Keylock system. The space First floor, one bedroom unit with adjoining bathroom. This unit has an open floor plan featuring a galley kitchen with full size fridge, washer/dryer, coffee maker, microwave, pots/pans, dishes, silverware, napkins and paper towels; that opens into the living room. Two stools at the countertop. The living room features a comfy sleeper sofa, rocking chair and a TV. The living room and bedroom BOTH have air conditioning units. The bathroom includes toiletries (shampoo and body wash in shower). We also welcome guests with a fresh bag of coffee, soap and sealed toothbrushes (if you forget at home). For guests who come to fish - we have a hidden freezer for your use (returning guests only). Guest access Space is an open floor plan. There is an attached back patio as well as a front patio for use while there. As well as a community pool that is a hit of the condo.
