Away from all the chaos and noise of San Juan, but also convient to get to... this escape has amazing views and you get to explore our backyard full of exotic fruit trees (Avocado, Guanabana aka Soursop, Corozon aka Sweetsop, banana, Java Apples, Jobo plums, Papaya, and even Dragon Fruit!) You can feel free to pick as you please but just make sure they are ripe and delicious! This space has 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 1 kitchen, and a full living room each! We also have an additional double sink and vanity wash/ makeup area. Our kitchen has plenty of space for cooking for the entire family. With black stainless steel Samsung appliances, including filtered water and ice from the fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and sleak glass top range. The unit has a dining table as well that can be extended to seat up to 8 people. We have an outdoor shower so you can wash off the sand from the beach before coming inside to relax. Do you love nature? Enjoy the farm life? If you love animals, this is the house for you and your family! You will enjoy the sounds of Puerto Ricos nature, like the native song birds that will sing to you in the morning and the Coquis that will serenate you at night. As you relax on our front patio, you will also see all types of animals in the neighborhood, such as horses occassionally on the streets. Our backyard has a soon to be updated chicken coop full of chickens that we have made a home for that lay the most delicious fresh eggs daily. You can feel free to feed the chickens with your kids. They will return the favor with freshly hatched eggs! We also have a firepit for your family's enjoyment. Just make sure to pick up some firewood while you're out shopping in a convenient location to all major stores Walmart, Home Depot, Costco, Amigo, Econo, etc. After you enjoy the beach, you can rinse off in ouroutdoor shower conveniently located close to the entrance. Speaking of the front patio, you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee while watching the incredible sunrise over the ocean. Or get your mind blown by witnessing the how amazing the view on a full moon night. Try and point out planets and constellations as you admire the starry nights. Take deep breaths of the fresh ocean breeze from any of the rooms with our huge windows that let in tons of fresh air and light.
