This listing refers to one of them, see my profile for the other cabin and also for the listing of the two together if you have a larger group :) Important note: we have two identical cabins on the property. Due to unexpected changes in reservations, you may need to use the other cabin for your stay. You can check the other one (pitanga) in my other listing. The space The chalet is 45 square meters, with 32 meters on the bottom and another 13 meters on the mezzanine. The lower part has a bedroom with a queen-size bed and air-conditioning, a bathroom and the combined living room/kitchen. The mezzanine can be adapted as a bedroom with a queen mattress and a single mattress, or it can be turned into a home office, according to your preference. The living room/kitchen are interconnected with the outdoor area that has a barbecue prepared for you to enjoy when you return from the beach. The outdoor area is pleasant, with the shade of trees, birds singing and a beautiful view of the sunset and also the starry night of the south of the island. (With special emphasis on full moon nights) The cabin was designed and decorated exclusively with families/friends in mind and is fully equipped to enjoy carefree days. The wooden house with indirect and delicate lighting brings a sense of coziness and tranquility ideal for reinvigorating after a day of work or sightseeing. The layout of the house was designed to facilitate mobility, keep guests together and comfortable, seeking to align privacy with community life. We have 3 houses on the same lot, but all have their private areas, sharing only the same entrance. The furniture is of high quality and you can certainly enjoy vacation days or even work days with great comfort and tranquility. The beach is 800 meters (10-minute walk) from the residence, and it is the best beach point in Campeche, making it possible to enjoy the day, take a dip in the sea and also enjoy the famous waves of Florianópolis. We have a supermarket just 400 meters from the house with all the necessary supplies, and just 600 meters away is the main avenue of the south of the island, Av Pequeno Príncipe, where you can find restaurants, shops and bars... In short, this is the place to drop off your car keys, put on your flip-flops and enjoy the beauty, simplicity and tranquility that only the island of magic can offer. Guest access The place will be entirely for guests Bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, barbecue and outdoor patio Other things to note It is important to mention that there are 3 houses on the same plot of land, and they share access for cars and people. Each house has its own area and individual equipment. In one of the photos of the ad, you can see this detail of the two wooden houses sharing the deck area, which is open for rentals of larger groups in which the two cabins are occupied, or else a Partition is included between the two for rentals of separate groups. Rules: - use only charcoal for the barbecue. Do not use firewood or other materials in the barbecue area due to the risk of fire - Respect quiet hours (10 p.m. to 6 a.m.) and neighbors - Do not flush toilet paper down the toilet - Only small animals will be accepted.
