The bedroom is located in a separate building right next to a beautiful villa with a large garden, terraces and pool. If you like, you are welcome to use the solar shower and the pool. Our new bathroom with shower, towels and toiletries has direct access to your apartment and is just for you. In the kitchen, there is a small area set up for our guests. Here you will find everything you need. In the garden, there is a separate terrace with a table, chairs and loungers. Free parking is very close by. Parking is not allowed on the footpaths in front of our property. You can reach a bus, supermarket, the promenade or the "Marina Rubicon" marina on foot in a few minutes. The Papagayo beaches or Playa Dorada are also nearby. Guest access Our guests have access through the main entrance of the villa to the kitchen and their own bathroom. From the separate bedroom you can reach our spacious terrace with the pool. A separate area is reserved for you on the terrace. During your stay Since we will always be on site when guests are present, we are available in person or by phone. Other things to note Smoking is not allowed in all rooms of the villa. An extra terrace is available in the garden for this purpose.
