Recently renovated 18th century cottage with easy access to M62 junction 26/27 and M1 motorways, 20 mins from Leeds train station. The space Taylor’s Cottage dates back to the 18th century when it was part of the Taylors of Gomersal farm house. We have sympathetically renovated the cottage making it a cosy comfortable home from home whilst maintaining many of its original features. Please note that the original doorways are low and you may have to duck when entering the rooms. Gomersal has three small supermarkets, one post office and two pubs. The nearby town of cleckheaton has an array of small independent shops as well as a Tesco and home bargains. Guest access The driveway provides a garage with private, off road parking for two vehicles. Guests have access to the whole cottage and fully fenced front and rear gardens. Other things to note Nearby attractions include Oakwell Hall country park, Yorkshire sculpture park, The Hepworth Museum, Piece Hall Halifax, The National Science and Media Museum . Shop till you drop at Junction 27 retail park where you will find IKEA,Next, TK Max and many more stores, restaurants and cafes.
